Hospitality group pays for refund failure

MUMBAI: A consumer forum recently ordered a hospitality group to refund Rs 50,000 to a Mankhurd resident who had to cancel a banquet hall booking after his daughter\'s engagement was called off. The complainant will receive Rs 12,000 as compensation.
