Hi, I have a complaint regarding a PEST control services that provides 3 services in 2000/- INR and located at Ulhasnagar at the address mentioned below: PEST Control Indra B Wing, Flat No 46, 1st Floor, Kamala Apartment, Powai Chowk, Opposite Shreeram Theatre, Opposite Oriental Bank, Ulhasnagar 3, Ulhasnagar, Thane, - 421003 I am facing following issues with their services: 1. At the first instance when I called them 4 days after the service for PEST Control, and complained that I could not get rid of the pests at my house they addressed it as a complaint and not as a 2nd service and did not provide any written proof that it is a 2nd service 2. When I called them for the next service, they say that it is the third service and my second is over although it was a complaint made and not the service just after the 4 days they did pest control at my house 3. They manipulated the service card and signed also on my husband’s behalf which is a crime I would request you to look into this iss
