sir i perchange a mobile on snapdeal the order no is 3928961577 on dated 11-12-14. it give as a gift to some one . but when he open the mobile its camera not working .he call me and i call to snapdeal executive they told me go to service station and if it has make problem you make doe hen we change this product. next day i am going to service station and after 2 days they make doe. and after 15 days snapdeal provide pickup i send it back . after 10 days they inform me they are ready for refund but sir the person who i give as a gift he wont only that mobile . The problem is that when i buy its price 5500 rs now its 10000 above how could i ready for refund so i wont replace my mobile i complete to snapdeal many time but they do nothing please help me a snapdeal customer harkirat singh mob 90418536312
