Hi! I booked a ticket on 4.12.2014 on the KSRTC website and the transaction was a failure. KSRTC Online Transaction Reference No.:OB13939556 I have mailed onlinerefund@ksrtc.org and haven't received any response from the team. An amount of Rs2992 has been deducted from my account! I've tried reaching the following phone numbers for more than 10 days now at all given office hours. Nobody picks up the phone! I am not sure as to how I can get the issue escalated and get the refund at the earliest. Please let me know as to what needs to be done. Also, when I call customer care, they put me on hold for more than 20 minutes; I understand as to how this is acceptable by any standard!
