The complain against M/s. Dove Soft Pvt. Limited, Mumbai, Bulk SMS service provider, we have taken bulk sms re-saler panel from them and doing business in kolkata. Suddenly they have stop services without any intimation. and the reasons are showing is not authentic. So we are loosing huge business as well as client. Causing we will be bound to give compensation to our existing customer. We have sent so many mails to them to activate our account but they are not bothering. So we need compensation. Kindly help us.
