I did a online shopping in website called www.flipinfotech.in and purchased a phone worth 10400 rupees, later I received order no also after successful payment. But I have not received the item. Now I am not able to contact the website. Their number is switched off and their website is also not opening from last 2 days. they have cheated me. Please help me in lodging a complaint.
