Hi, I applied for home loan transfer from SBI to ICICI bank in November 2014, and towards the same I paid Rs. 6180 as processing fees. ICICI bank sanctioned loan for me after all kinds of verification but later refuse to give home loan to me, because the Builder was not approved by ICICI bank. And now when I am asking them to return the processing fees of Rs. 6180 because loan was cancelled because of bank's negligence, bank is refusing to return the Processing fees of Rs. 6180 to me. Bank should have enquired itself in the beginning whether the builder's property is bankable by it or not before processing my application. But instead, it did so after taking money from me. and now after repeated attempts to get my money back, ICICI bank has refused to pay back my money.
