Dear Sir/Madam, My self Pintu Das residing at 148B/9, Becharam Chatterjee Road, Kolkata - 700 034. this is to inform you that I had purchased a New Samsung Mobile phone on 22/10/14 of Rs.15,200/- from "Shaw Telecom" which is situated near Behala Pathakpara through "Bajaj Finserv. The main fact is total purchase amount is Rs.15,200/- and at the time of purchase I have paid advance installment Rs.1520X3= 4560/- through my Allahabad Bank Debit Card and balance Rs.(15,200-4560)=10,640.00 amount I have taken a loan from "Bajaj Finserv" vide loan account no. 410SCE05784194 payment terms was Rs.1520 X 7months which will be debited from 02day day of every month from Axis Bank Ltd. (Behala Chowrasta Branch) and EMI will be start from Dec'2014 to June'2015 tenure is 7 months . and at the time of taken loan I have submitted following documents to Sumit Dasgupta an Employee of Bajaj Finserv. 1) Xerox copy of Passport 2) Xerox copy of Pan Card 3) Axis Bank cancelled cheque 4) and most importa
