Consumer Redressal

Around twenty days back I received a call from Fullerton India that we want to offer you personal loan or loan for any of your requirement. As I am a resident of Triveni nagar, Lucknow Public Sector banks do not give housing loan on properties situated there and I needed to make second floor of my house I asked for a housing renovation loan. The executives of the company suggested me to take loan against property for which I agreed. They came to my house and got the form signed and took a cheque for Rs. 3371.00 drawn on SBI no.121829 as part of processing and legal fee, after two or three days they called me at their Halwasiya court office for an interview and asked for some more papers which I gave them. meanwhile I saw my bank statement and found that the cheque has been encashed therefore I enquired about the status of my loan application for which they answered that I was not financially fit to be provided a loan according to their findings. I\'m still awaiting justice. Regards.
