Dear Sir,
i am facing a problem aside of Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL)_MTS .
case 1
this is my MTS data card No .9143833445:paid final Outstanding amt .RS 673 .
Req no for A/c close .: 1194629 dt 18.12.2014 talk with Mr.sanjay / rajesh floor incharge :
but account is not yet close .once againg bill is genareted of RS 206/-
req no .1239729 dt 05.1.2015 talk with Mr.sammy ...!
case 2 :
this my second MTS data card no . 8648019174 .not a single day used by me due to connetivity proplem ,
so inform to MTS technical team but not yet solove.and bill is raised . i am denie to to pay this Amt .
then i rec. a Legal Notice of Sistema Shyam TelseServices Limited (SSTL) , then i had paid all outstanding of RS 857 /- dt 31.12.2014, i asked to closed the 31.12.2014
Req no for A/c Close : 1228633 dt 31.12.2014 , but today i received a MSG you bill is genareted of Rs 106 /- .
so please help me .
