Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Room Heater through EBAY online shopping vide order No. 38248621362 on 30.12.2014.
EBAY online shopping cheated me and supplied UN-CONDITIONAL Goods to me. I have received room heater but, it is not working condition. When I start using that Heater My house power supply is going off (total House Fuse is going) and some Sparks and Burning Smell is coming from the heater. I had raised a complaint and requested EBAY to return the amount back to me. They took the complaint and simply rejecting my case and suggesting me to go seller. I spoke to seller, But he is also not responding.
Why EBAY online shopping having such kind for sellers. And I am not related to seller, how can I approach to him. EBAY simply playing the consumers money and cheating the public. I request you to please consider my case and return back my amount to me.
Please help me in this case.
