Sub : Cheating on Non-refund of Excess Money deducted and Not Delivering the Product Ordered Sir/ Madam, On 26 Dec 14, I had placed an order for DMG Full 360 rotating stand cover-case for Google-Nexux-7 and paid Rs 770 (to CCAVENUE SNAPDEAL MUMBAI) through my credit card. The same was ack by SMS & e-mail by sapdeal, Order No. 4157230829 However, when my monthly transactions was viewed against my credit card at the end of the month, I realized that there were 2 payments of Rs 770/- to CCAVENUE Snapdeal Mumbai on the same date. A complaint was made to snapdeal (after checking with my creditcard bank about the double tx). Your employee on the telephone confirmed on 01/01/15 that two payments were made {Request no. 14061588). However the email sent by snapdeal stated that order (a pseudo order, I guess) was cancelled. Let me clarify that I did not cancel any order but only had brought out that a double payment had been effected for Order No. 4157230829 and to expedite the process.
