Respected Sir,
1. We are writing with sorrow that the Idea cellular Company is manipulating the Govt. Norms.
2. We have taken unlimited data plan for 3G data, they have bar my data on the same month before ending date.
3. We have change our data plan to continue the service, put on higher plan.
4. Next day they have bar my all services, sending a massage your limit is over, We have switch my plan in same roster of unlimited data, But they are calculating on data uses.
5. Same day I approach to Idea office at Rewari, they approach to pay some amount, I have paid 1000.00, and assured your bill shall be adjust as per your roster plan, wait till bill Generation.
6. On 14 Oct 2014 I have received bill Rupees 4612.34, and still my services are on hold.
7. I have Lost my business and suffering from stress on such a case.
