ordered for a jacket of Rs4300 from Beldara.com as on 05.01.15 and through online payment process the amount deducted twice from my account. Bank confirmed me after 7 days that the amount is paid to the shopping site. But when i called them they are denying any payments. after 10 days also they are not even dispatching my product. After many calls they accepted that one amount they have received but still not processing or dispatching my product. And also not confirming about my another amount. I dont know this is a fraud agency or what.Now they are cutting my calls and abusing me whenever i am asking for money or product. Please help me getting my money back.
