Consumer Redressal

I am an LPG consumer of Indane, distributor - Sri Sadguru Indane Agency, Bangalore, consumer no - 6280. Cylinder is not getting delivered even after almost 20 days. I booked a refill (no - 639431 on 25-12-2014) for which cash memo got generated on 27-12-2014, no - 639431. I didn't receive the cylinder & lodged a request in Indane portal & Distributor told me to submit Bank account details. I submitted that but distributor cancelled this booking on 14.01.2015. I immediately booked another since i need the cylinder urgently No- 651381. Now i got a message that distributor has cancelled this also. I tried calling the Distributor but no response from the other side.I lodged a complain with Indane again through phone - Ticket No - 1778595 date 15-01-2015. I checked the status of delivery of this Distributor thru IVRS and it says bookings upto 26-dec-2014 are only cleared which was the same message i got a week back. I am quite skeptical, when can i get my cylinder back.
