I am using the modem of MTS company.The name of the modem is MTS MBLAGE ULTRA WI-FI.
I am getting the speed problem from last 20 days.I complain about this thrice (3 time within 15 days) to MTS coustoumer care.Everytime the time period provided to me by cstmrcare for the solution of my problem gets over and they did not solve my issue .My complain numbers are DEC/5070 ON 25 DEC,DEC/6079 ON 31 DEC, and JAN/1359 ON 8 JAN.
Kindly guide me that what legal action can i take against the company?
