Consumer Redressal

Hi!, I had made a complaint for Refrigerator, Not Cooling, repair on 7th of June 2012. A technician visited my place and suggested that the the Timer is faulty and Gas refill is required. Next day they changed the Timer and refilled the Gas. I paid them Rs. 3250 for the same. Within 10-12 days i faced the same problem. I made a complaint on 22 June (EHYD2206120076). No body turned up. Again i complained on 25th June (EHYD2506120058). The technician came and suggested to replace the Condenser. I have been following up with 1860 200 1212 since then. But no respite till date. I am sure that the old timer replaced by the technician is perfectly fine. These guys are un necessarily fooling the consumers to make money. my humble request to you is to organise to get my refrigerator repaired asap. rajesh bhardwaj 9032316164
