Have booked a plot with Jaiprakash Associates Ltd in Sports City, Yamuna Expressway with following details- Name; Rajesh Kumar Agarwal Customer ID: JGSPCH2P0140 Plot nbr: P0140 Country Homes II, Jaypee Greens Sports City, Gautam Budh Nagar Plot size: 167.0568 sqmtrs (199.80 sqyds) Base Sale Price: Rs 29792/- per sqyd EDC: Rs 900/- per sqyd Electric Sub Station Charges: Rs 500/- per sqyd Internal Development Charges: Rs 900/- per sqyd One Time Lease rent:Rs 600/- per sqyd Provisional Allotment Letter issued: 21-Sept-2013 Total amount paid so far: 1,785,735.00 (about 30% of total cost) M/S Jaiprakash Associates has not completed following in the project- - roads, pavements, storm water-drainage from roads in case of flooding - club house and already demanding membership & annual subscription - green boulevard as mentioned in their brochures Brochures handed over at the time of booking projected a rosy picture with green boulevard, golf course, club house etc.
