I had bought a HTC desire 210 mobile set from FLIPKART dated 18/10/2014.After 2 months it switched off and never turned on thereafter in spite of charging.I had registered a complaint related to this issue to HTC service center kolkata at TVS Electronics limited,218 & 219 2nd floor, E-Mall,kolkata-700072 on 06/12/2014.They had assured me that they will return repaired product within 1 month.But they failed to return it to me within 1 month.I had called them near about 50 times but evry times I got a reply that the phone no. does not exist.
