I had purchased a Laptop of HP. It is under warranty. The battery backup of the laptop is very poor also it has heating problem. I approached the customer care the engineer visited the place and checked my laptop and found battery backup is poor. He wrote to the company about the issue but the company denied to replace the battery and asked for the replacement on chargeable basis. Requesting you please do the needful. Because it is creating problem from the beginning.
