i have purchased a gnex 5 piece magic mop online on 26.12.2014 from snapdeal. my order no is 4151572963 and SUBORDER NO. is 5560261534.INVOICE NUMBER :7B8049/14-15/6146 i found the item broken and i complained through email on same day and sent the photo of broken item. i got only complain o 13951580 but did not find any solution. i paid total amount of 1390. i called two times to customer care. they told that they will send a link to download a item return form. but till day they didn't send any link.
