My LPG consumer no. 1849 with Indane distributor Rishi Gas Sewa, Rishikesh. My subsidized Cash Memo no. 3000112301 generated on 7 Jan 2015 and delivered to some other person. When I complained with Manager of said Agency, he send a deliveryman on 10 Jan. 2015 without cash memo and demanded non-subsidised rate. I refused to take cylinder without cash memo. He denied to deliver and took away the cylinder. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest as I am facing a big problem without LPG.
