Consumer Redressal

Just Dial Limited charged our company GHS Facility Management Services Rs.7000.00 (Rupees Seven Thousand only)vide Allahabad Bank Botanical Garden branch cheque on 15th December 2014 for our company enlistment at their site. But the repeated information passed on by Just Dial representative were fraudulent. Since then we had called Just Dial Kolkata customer care several times but they are unnecessary harassing our company. We mailed them on 24th December 2014 for the contract closure and the refund but there are no action been initiated from Just Dial Limited till date. We even requested their senior management to speak to us regarding the fraud but no body turned up from Just Dial Limited. So we request you to look into the matter and resolve our issue.
