My Consumer no.: 759498 LPG cylinder Booked on 25th Nov,2014. Cash memo generated on 16th Dec,2014. Cash memo no.: 3000266709 Gas Cylinder had not been delivered to me. Booking history shows Cylinder delivered on 19th Dec. I'd checked my Indane profile and found it was delivered/sold to other individual without my consent,without delivery guy signature on my gas passbook. The name of the Delivery guy is Ashok, phone number: 9830461799, while contacted, was speaking with intolerably rough attitude as is to conceal the corruption he committed.I'd visited Dumdum Gas Supply Office, they were telling me to just concentrate whether I'm getting subsidized 12 cylinders or not where as my requirement in a year is of 7 cylinders max for 2-member family.I told them I'm going to lodge one complaint in Indane but they assured me it would be of no good outcome for me.Seek action against corruption with punishment and compensation.No resolution given from Indane, seek justice from Consumer Forum.
