This is to bring to your notice that the person's at karthik gas agencies are not accepting my documents even after completing the online registration by the refrence registration number 3150811900003929 dated 8-1-2015 and by even registering a compliant on their online compliant option with the compliant Reference No. 14156039 dated 08/01/2015 Despite placing the compliant online hp has just closed the compliant from their side without even contacting me even once and nor has anyone contacted from HP GAS regarding my issue These people are creating their own rules by making the documents which are not present with me, mandotary for new connections ,they are saying electric bill is complusory to be submitted ,where as we Don have two electric connections for one house as we stay in a joint family with two separate kitchens and as per rules of the petroleum ministry the joint family's with two separate kitchens are entitled to two separate gas connections.
