I am Apoorva, I ordered for personalised diary on www.printvenue.com. I made online payment and it was successful. They even gave me order id:1019-6248-6806 and there is no response after that. The customer care service is not responding calls nor they are answering my mails. My order is undelivered and I have made the payment already. This company is cheating the customers by accepting order and payment but not responding later. Please help us out.
