I want to transfer LPG connection which was in my fathers name. I had approach to Howrah gas Service (Howrah) but they are not listening me> I had contact them on 26 December 2014 and they inform me to come on 7/8 january 2015 now they are saying that I have to come in february 2015. I had make several complaint through IOCL website but no result/action till date. Please advise
