On 4.01.15 we purchasd one cycle alng with air pump of Rs.150 from NEETA NOVELTY CYCLE SHOPPEE. The retailer didn't checkd the air pump at that time & given to us. After 2-3 days at the time of fillg air in the cycle tyre, we found that the air pump is defective as the air was getting leaked from it.So again on next Sunday i.e. 11.01.15,I went to the Retailer to get it exchangd or repaird, he was very rude that there is no guarantee of the airpump & to throw it away. I told him to just get it checked from boys from where the air is getting leakd so that it can be repaired,the retailer was very rude and told that his boys wouldn't know that. After requesting him for the third time, he told his repairg boy to check,but the piece was faulty.Its not just the matter of Rs. 150, but the matter of Right or wrong. The retailers should take the responsilibility if any goods are found to be faulty at home or they shud check & give at the tim of buy address NEETA NOVELTY SHIVAJI CHWK Kalyan421301
