I had made an online purchase of footmat for my car.car make ..sunny for which I purchased online specific to car brand .I got the delivery and made payment against the same but to my surprise I found that the product sent is totally different ad to what they claim.size is too small to fit the car.seems they have given a product for small car whereas I ordered thr mat for nissan sunny which is a big car.i made a complaint with rediff and they asked me to courier me back to the vendor to get the right product and courier amt would be paid either in form of gift voucher or payorder. We make online shopping to save time , energy and for covenience the and now they want me to run after couriercompany and spend further to courier it for their fault.i have sent sibsequent mails to rediff shop to arrange for delivery of correct product and takeback the this product but not a single revert given by them as on date..I have been cheated and harrassed.kindly help to resolve this issue.
