I have online orderd samsung mobile Grand 2 through junglee.com placed in buybuk.com on 30th Dec 2014 , till now there is no response from them and they are unable to response for the phone call 9219478888 or email , we have got only the conformation of payment and order and order number is # 2234 , and full payment has been done through credit card , pleas help me in the said issue.
