I would like to inform you that I'm an old customer of Reliance CDMA connection and I am facing continuous balance deduction from my mobile phone, and I had to call customer service executive several times, but till now neither my problem has been resolved nor the balance deducted is refunded, and now they have blocked my mobile number so that I could not make any further call to the customer service executive. That is why I had to mail to you, and I am not satisfied with your services.
