Consumer Redressal

I am Abhaykumar sancheti an engg. student who has purchased a black formal shoe from SNAPDEAL online shopping site. I have returned the product to the company before 3 months. But still company has not returned my money. I was calling to the company for my money everyy day, but every time company suggesting me that ur return payment is under process. I have provided each and every document to the company but they are not ready to return me my money. They are every time providing me excuses. Sir please look into this matter.
