Consumer Redressal

My gold loan account No: is 0731842022263(Agriculture). I want to bring to kind notice that when I went to Canara Bank, Thoppumpady Branch, Kochi. To renew my gold loan around 1.30 pm on 23/1/13. I was refused to renew my account, because they said that the banking time for renewal was over. I even requested to the manager that 25/1/13 is closing date of my renewal and 24/1/13 is holiday, so I will loose my interest if not renewed on 23/1/13. But the manager was so harsh to me, he said he cannot do anything regarding this, because the banking time for renewal was over. He told me that, you can deposit amount in my account but he will never renew my loan. And he also mentioned he has the power to close my account fully and not allow me to renew, but he is doing a favor to me for renewing the loan for the next year, but he will do renewal only on 25/1/13.
