Sir I give order one jacket on paytm which is not suitable size for me and it is not same color and brand which is shown in picture .further my order no is 699945921 which delivered 27 Dec 14 andmy ticket no is 104258374 .furter I request to paytm for return of my item, first they request to me for not return item after my negative answer they agree to pick my return item, I got call for pick up my return items on 31 Dec from Jaavascourier, due to my personal work I am not able to give return items in10 minute after 20 minute when I am try to apporched him that time he already lived my gate, till 31 DEC 14 I don't get any request to return my item and you paytm care not solving my problem always saying that we appreciate your patience. As per paytm terms pick up return item with in 7 days of delivery date
