Consumer Redressal

I have worked as an employee of Axsys Technologies under a payroll of another consultancy firm - Dynpro. I am working under this consultancy from 14 April 2015. My project in Axsys technologies firm has been ended in the dated 31st Dec 2014. According to employee right I should get my salary in hand as ECS from Dynpro. But still Dynpro (the consultancy firm) has not paid my salary. Now whenever I am calling they are not co-operating and saying illegal points for paying my salary. I have sent them mail but they not responding neither picking any phone calls. Kindly co-operate me to collect my salary for which I have the right. This is a cheat Employee Consultancy doing illegal business in Kolkata and harassing the employee like us. Please help me to collect my salary. I have my family. Regards Kaushik Saha
