Consumer Redressal

I bought a laptop on Snapdeal. The expected delivery was 6th. the laptop has reached in their Madivala office on 6th. Today is 10th and they are still unable to deliver the courier to my BTM Layout residence. Every day morning I am getting message from AD-GOJAVAS that the delivery boy is out to deliver my courier and he would contact me in case he could not locate my house. Every evening I am getting a unsuccessful delivery message from AD-GOJAVAS. My residence has security and they note every person's name who enters building and my house will always have someone in house. Now, nobody is contacting me over phone. In fact I checked with building security, nobody has asking me/my address. I contacted GOJAVAs customer care ( 0124-4405730) at Gurgaon. I offered to collect teh courier on my own from local Madivala branch. They don't have contact number of local branch (Madivala). This is a joke. This courier company operated all over India but they do not have local branch number
