I had placed an order Ref. No. 33427277 for Rio Black Men Sunglasses (001) and received the same on 29.12.2014. On receiving my order I found major quantity error i.e. I have ordered 10 unit of sunglasses and paid amount Rs. 109/- through netbanking. the price of Sunglasses was Rs. 1/- per unit and Rs. 99 was shipment charges. Therefore I paid Rs. 109/- for 10 unit i.e. Rs10/- for 10 units and Rs. 99 for Shipment charges.
But I have received only single unit which shows human/technical error or non credibility of online site.
I request you to please look into this matter at it may be a case of fraud or deception. please acknowledge the same
