Dear Concern,
Would like to highlight a major iisue regarding my recent purchase at "LetsBuy Mobile.com". Mr Kabir Sharma has called me up for Purchasing a HTC Desire 816 G Mobile and for the same I have to deposit Rs 2000/- for EMI and I have done the same accordingly on 24.12.2014 through ICICI Bank. And my Order No has been generated and then the same has been cancelled without any specific reasons on 05.01.2015. And after that I claimed for my refund money but they are not ready to pay out my refund amount Of Rs 2000/- and even through mail they are not responding.
So, would request you to take this complaints forward and take immediate necessary actions against the same at the earliest.
