Hi,
I am Komal Singh. i have ordered a Tsx Stylish Black Sweatshirt from Snapdeal
order id is - 3651326137
Purchase date is - 20th , November 2014
Product delivered on 8th December, after 18 days.
and the product quality was very bad and defective. so i had returned the product on 11 November.
and courier man gave me a receipt. receipt no is- 763692
today is 5th January still i have not get my refund.
and when i call to snapdeal customer care then their always response is that our team is working on that so please wait for next 7 days, and they repeat it 3 times. now today is 8 January, 2015.
so finally i want to lodge a complaint against snapdeal.
