I have ordered laptop from www.hpshopping.in part no K1V41PA on 5th jan 2015 worth Rs.23,990. I got mail on 7th that product is obsolute and not available. they had confirmed me the product on call and then i had ordered it via net banking. this a negligent attitude by HP to list products which are not available and then giving refund in 7 days. i want them to compensate me for the money lying with them for 4 days now and no product delivered. i wasted my time and money and trusted the official website
