I have been using Airtel services for the last 5+ years . I am working as an Authority in a premiere Investigation agency Govt. of India .Last night on 7-01-2015 at 10:17 pm I was surfing on facebook on a news suddenly the link started opening unwanted commercial links automatically & I started receiving sms of start of some unwanted service on my phone and subsequent deduction of balance. Same service continued to get subscribed REPEATEDLY till my a/c balance reduced to nearly Zero. I immediately comlained to Customer care who stopped the service immediately and assured putting my balance back within one hour. but it never returned. I was not able to make some important calls due to this negligence of AirTel. Next day they when contacted , they tried to avoid my call and finally refused to pay back my balance due amount. I request that the Air Tel may directed to pay compensation of Rs. 2 lacs for cheating .
