Stopped receiving sms from all Bank where my cell no. is registered with the Bank. Till 10/12/14, I used to get all transaction alert and sms from Banks. Contacted bank, they said they are sending sms but I am not receiving the same. Went to service provider, they said their system is ok.
Another big issue with Service provider. They are charging downlaod charges in monthly bills where they did not intimated about that. They said unlimited 2G data are free as per talk plan E_Connect_3G_375. Being a corporate customer, I am not getting any response from Vodafone end after repeated f/u and reminders.
