I ordered a dress from svfashion.in on 28 dec order id 2547 for rs 1934 including shipping charges for a function on 9th jan which was to be delivered within 2-4 days.but i didnt recieve it till 6th jan.on calling customer care they told me that it was some courier service problem and i should have mentioned the service provider in remarks.now they will send it again and is expected to recieve on 12th jan. I want the compensation for the delay.
