Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to my airtel mobile no 9805000112 (under corporate plan) deactivation by Airtel without any reason/prior information. Once again number barred by airtel around 11:30AM (06-Jan-2015) without any information. Total 5 times in last two months. I had also visited airtel Shimla office today morning but no positive response and also approach of airtel team was not good. Everytime we are being treated very casually by Airtel. This is really harassment by deactivating number again & again for no reason and such services have forced me to take the help from Consumer court. Since last two months there have been many escalations from our customer due to non-availability of my number since we have 24x7 environment to support himachal Govt customers across the state. I have also sent emails to Nodal officer and other higher authority but so far the nodal officer has neither called nor replied on this. Hence would request your kind support and advise on this.
