Consumer Redressal

Hi Team, I am Anirudh I was booked the in \"Acruti Countrywoods\" (Now HUBTOWN) flat in Oct\'2009 and done the registered on Oct\'2010. However, the date of possession was Dec\'2011 as per the sales deed. Now after waiting for over more than 2.5 years they have completed the construction work of few apartments (part of whole society). Meanwhile they use to extend the date of possession time to time in a span of 5-6 months. In place of apologizing for giving the late possession. They are slapping the “Penal interest” on us when we had clear all remaining installments and payments related to service taxes. It\'s like pot is calling the kettle black. We have discussed this issue with everyone in HUBTOWN in Pune and Mumbai officials but they are completely ignored their mismanagement and pointing fingers on us. Apart of this they are putting unconditional demand of signing a supplementary agreement which states that we the customer having no objection with the delay in construction and agreed on the new date of possession which is Jan\'2013 earlier was Dec\'2010.
