Consumer Redressal

This is a complain with regard to a Stem Cell Organization named "LifeCell International Pvt Ltd". The following is the website where the details of the company can be found:- http://www.lifecell.in/ I had preserved my new born baby's Stem Cell with this company and there was an agreement with this company that I need to pay Rs. 25000 on or within 1 month of my baby's first B'day, to preserve the stem cell for next 20 years. But now a repetitive mail from the organization is coming to me saying that I need to pay Rs. 29000 as I have a past due of Rs. 4000. But I have no past due and I have shared with the company all the details via mail and via customer care multiple times but to no help. Therefore I had to complain against them at your end.
