I have submitted my details pertaining to DBTL to my local LPG distributor Janata Consumers Co-op Society in bally, Howrah, West Bengal.
The HPCL website (http://dcmstransparency.hpcl.co.in/myHPGas/HPGas/CheckAadharStatus.aspx) shows that the DBTL status is green and also says "You are good to receive subsidy in your Bank Account".
However the distributor says that my booking is cancelled and also that they have cancelled all bookings done till 31/12/2014.
I dont have time enough to personally visit the distributor's office every day. Please look into this matter as urgent and let me know what steps are to be taken.
