Sir/madam,
I Work in MPS GREENERY DEVELOPERS LTD from 01.01.11 to 16.09.14.Accordingly the co had deducted my PF from my salary. But when I download PF Passbook it has been found that the company only updates my PF up to 28.02.13.Whenever I ask the co. to update the PF they are non-cooperating with me and also refuse to sign on 10c form for current claim. At this critical juncture i want to lodge complain against this fraud company and want your intervention to release my PF at earliest. The details are mentioned below:
