I booked new HONDA CITY car on 3rd October 2014 & dealer promissed delivery of vehicle in next month. But dealer fails to delevery even next two months. Now in January 2015 dealer asking for delevery of vehicle on 25th January. Meanwhile as prices of car hiked by about Rs 40000 dealer asking for increased price (new price) I have quotation & deposit reciept on booking.
Am I laible to pay hiked price? how I should approch to dealer on it?
