Consumer Redressal

Kristal Spirits being my previous employer and I have worked with them for more than a year. The company was in huge losses and the investment being pulled out was one of the reasons why the employees did not receive their salaries. I quit the organization on 3rd of September, 2014. I have not received my settlement post that. My 2 months salary, my LTA and my PF were pending. I have not received any documents of relieving, nor have they given me payslips for any salary credited. i have written to them numerous times and also tried calling them. but no one responds. request you to help me get my PF account details, my settlement and my papers.
